1. Returns
Our return policy is designed to ensure the customer’s satisfaction. If the customer is not completely happy with their purchase, we guarantee a 100% money-back refund within 7 days from receiving the order. Here are the steps to follow for returning a product:

- Notification: The customer should contact our customer support team at support@gothamachethiya.org. Include a copy of the receipt that was included in the shipment.
- Return Receipt: We will send the customer a return receipt to their email address.
- Return the Product: The customer should ship the item back to our physical store within 7 days from receiving the order, along with the provided return receipt, to the address specified in Article 3.
- Refund: Once we receive and confirm the item, we will issue a 100% refund of the product price to the customer’s credit card or PayPal account.
- Transaction and Shipping Costs: Please be aware that transaction costs incurred through payment gateways and shipping costs will not be covered by our refund policy.
2. Damaged Items
If the customer receives a physically damaged product, the following steps should be followed:

- Notification: The customer is required to inform our customer support team at support@gothamachethiya.org within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Return Receipt: We will send a return receipt to the customer’s email address.
- Return the Product: The customer is then required to send the damaged item back to our physical store, along with the provided return receipt, to the address mentioned in Article 3. The shipping cost should be borne by the customer.
- Replacement: Upon receiving and confirming the damaged item, we will dispatch a replacement product. In instances where the fault lies with us, we may choose to provide restitution based on the circumstances.

Our physical store is situated in Sri Lanka, and all products will be dispatched from this location. Any returned items should be sent to this address.
